WHO WE ARE (continued) Our Beginning Our Mission The Purpose of the Veterinary Relief Foundation is currently to provide medical care and supplies to animals in need and to help caretakers stay supplied, rebuild and reopen so that the vital medical care pets and rescues need can continue. Our Vision for the Future Our ultimate goal is to be at the site of any crisis situation where animal suffering and critical needs are present throughout the United States and the rest of the world. We will support rescue efforts by providing medical care funding for pets in need and help to rebuild local veterinary medical facilities. Our Structure We have 3 divisions: 1. The Vet Relief Fund general account which provides funds to pay for this web site and divides donations to the following two funds Where Needed Most 2. The Katrina PET Fund is strictly used to pay for the medical care of pets and rescued animals of those left homeless and/or jobless by hurricane Katrina 3. The Katrina VET Fund is strictly used for the resupply and rebuilding of Veterinary facilities destroyed by hurricane Katrina. <<-- BACK
